Bathed from a very early age by the currents of the bay of Morlaix in NW France, Armel Le Cléac’h sailed with family for a good few years, around the coast of Brittany and the South coast of England. Whilst sailing at school, he discovered the Optimist along with a multitude of other sports (football, archery, ping-pong…).

Virtually identical to Generali, which was built by the same yard, Brit Air was only launched last summer, but has rapidly proven to be in perfect running order.
