Cheminées Poujoulat

In its new livery, Cheminées Poujoulat has already amassed 50,000 miles on the counter! Yet this monohull launched in 2005 retains its clean lines and remains a reference Imoca 60 footer.

Its original design marries what is a narrow hull at the waterline with a powerful beam and a sophisticated ballast system. Designed by Farr Yacht Design, specialist in race monohulls, this boat designed for Jean Pierre Dick has proven to be one of the fastest and most versatile in the fleet. Formidable upwind, it is capable of great acceleration downwind and has also demonstrated that it is as much as at ease in the light airs as strong breeze. Easy to trim but physically wearing, this boat already has an impressive track record.
